Delegate Fluharty moves to amend HB4957 on page 8, Section 2, following line 50, buy inserting a new subsection (f) to read as follows:

"(f) Any person elected as chairperson of a state political party as "political party" is defined by §3-1-8 of this code, during, or up to one year after the termination of their employment as chairperson of a political party, is not allowed to register as a lobbyist."
